Peanut Butter Cupcakes






Ingredients:

150 g unsalted butter, chopped
90 g soft brown sugar
2 eggs
125g chrunchy peanut butter
125g self raising flour
30g plain flour
60ml milk

Hazelnut and peanut butter icing
120g  hazelnut spread
90g crunchy peanut butter, softened
2x60g chocolate-coated peanut bars

Methods:

1. Preheat oven to 180 C
2. Beat butter and sugar with electric mixer till light and creamy.
3. Add egg one at a time. Beating well after each addiction.
4. Add peanut butter till well combine.
5. Fold sifted flour alternately with the milk until combined.
6. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes
